Queue management software
Turny gives your team one web workspace to create queues, issue tickets and serve the next customer. Customers find your organization in the Turny mobile app and watch the current turn move toward their ticket.

Your team creates a named queue. It stays in Created status until someone presses Start queue.
Staff create internal, guest or registered tickets. Registered customers can also book a ticket for a public queue in the mobile app.
Serve Next calls the next ticket. Staff can skip a ticket and reinsert it later, pause and resume, or stop booking and finish the tickets already waiting.
The customer app shows the ticket's position, the current turn and the ticket's status as the queue moves. Guests can track a ticket with its code.
Owners, admins and staff sign in to the same Turny workspace. The sidebar shows each person the areas their role allows. Choose Queues, Members or Activity to look around.
